Authenticated operators only
Queue, activity, counts, and every follow-up action require a signed-in operator. There is no anonymous access to customer conversations.
Tenant-scoped data
Connections and cached context are scoped per tenant and channel. A mismatch between a stored connection and the live account fails closed rather than guessing.
Credentials stay out of the database
Access tokens are never stored alongside business data. Catalog access is verified by permission checks, not by trusting a stored secret.
Staged releases
Changes are validated on a separate staging environment with smoke tests before being promoted to production, and schema changes ship with a documented rollback path.
