Business understanding. Systems thinking. Practical delivery.

I bring more than 20 years of experience in enterprise systems and more than nine years working with Salesforce. My work has spanned business analysis, product ownership, solution design, presales, customer success and cross-functional delivery leadership.

My strongest contribution is connecting the business problem with the solution: listening to customers and stakeholders, understanding how the operation works, clarifying requirements, and aligning processes, data, integrations and acceptance criteria. I lead discovery, functional solution direction and delivery quality, with clear responsibilities for each engagement.

That work continues through testing, release validation and learning from real use. The aim is not simply to deliver a system, but to understand whether it solves the problem it was meant to solve.

Building what I believe in.

I created Follow-Up Companion to address a practical problem: useful customer context and follow-up should not depend on someone remembering everything. My work on the product includes product direction, functional and AI-workflow design, AI-assisted development, testing, releases and production learning.

The principle is simple: help a business remember its customers, recognize when attention is useful and know when to stop. Customer trust matters as much as the next follow-up.
